[bug-inetutils] ftp 1.5 open - arguments too long?

With ftp 1.5, the simple command:
ftp> open

gets the error:
sorry, arguments too long

Too long?  Too short I could understand :).

However, I suggest an enhancement: have open without an argument re-open
the previous host, if there is one.  E.g.,

ftp ftp.gnu.org
... connects ...
ftp> close
221 Goodbye.
ftp> open
... connects again to ftp.gnu.org ...
