Okie, I have no clue why things don't work. stdint.h is checked for,
and it isn't found, so localhost.c includes the local one in lib/.
This is fine and dandy, now one can only guess why socket.h is still
screwd up.

Is there any possibility for me to get temporary access to a Solaris
machine so that I can figure this out?  The back-and-forth business is
quite tireing if you know what I mean.
