Ok, giving time to test the release sounds like a good idea, in
particular considering that it has been over two years since the last
release.  So revise the above the be "a alpha release".  It does not
have to be from InetUtils CVS, I can make another one from the FEG
InetUtils CVS, although I would prefer to merge things back early, if
that is fine with the inetutils maintainers.
