   I think we can make a release of InetUtils during this week.

I don't see why we should make such a rush, it is still vacation for
most people, including me who shouldn't even be infront of the box
right now.

Infact, I'd go as far as to suggest that we apply the patches that are
out there, make a pre-release when the holidays are over, wait a
month, and then make a proper release in February or March.

   [1] With CVS access, I could reconstruct the tags, by comparing the
   released tar files.

I don't think it is worth the effort.
