[bug-inetutils] [PATCH] FreeBSD fixes

Hi!

I'm attaching a pair of fixes to build on FreeBSD (not GNU/kFreeBSD!).  On
that system, some system headers rely on others being included unconditionaly
and autoconf tests need to know about these.

freebsd.diff is the fix for the socklen_t test in configure.ac.

freebsd-ipv6.diff are the fixes for a few ipv6-related tests in configure.ac
(only applies to modified inetutils with Jeroen's patch for ipv6 support)
