Wonderful!  In order to accept the patches upstream, we will require
copyright assignment forms from every person who has contributed.  We
may also require the standard GNU disclaimers to be signed by the
contributors employer, school, or other institution that may have a
claim over the code.

Have you already got these in order?  If not, please let us know and we
can get that sorted out.
