[bug-inetutils] making INETUTILS (1.4.2) under AIX 4.3

We get the following error when making the package under AIX:

We are not C literate, so could do with some help in rectifying the problem.

The configure command line option used was
sh ./configure --enable-rcp

As we wanted the rcp package primarily - the IBM version does reverse host name lookup that causes us problems.
