I still get errors during the configure process, however I can get into the
individual module's directory and run make successfully. I am trying to get
the tftpd compiled and running. I get a tftpd binary after running make, but
when I try to run it (./tftpd -s /tftpboot) the process dies and takes my
shell with it.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Pete

I am trying to compile inetutils-1.4.2 on Solaris 8 with gcc and
have not been successful. I get the following errors on configure,
and make. Is there a fix for this?
Could you try the version of inetutils that is in CVS? All the
instructions about how to snatch that exist at
http://sv.gnu.org/projects/inetutils.
