No idea, sorry.

   To be able to work on Shishi support in InetUtils more rapidly, we
   forked the InetUtils CVS into
   <http://savannah.gnu.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs/shishi/inetutils/> some
   months ago.  I'd like to merge this back, and there hasn't been
   much modifications to our repository for a while now, so this might
   be a good time.  Since the last patch was submitted here, Nicolas
   Pouvesle has added Shishi support for rsh(d) too, as well as Shishi
   encryption support for telnet(d).

To get this merged back several things would be needed, copyright
assigments for _all_ parties that did anything on the code.  The patch
getting an ChangeLog and all other minor issues.  Would you like todo
that (i.e. assign copyright, which means hunting down all parties that
contributed on the code, and get them assign the copyright, then
creating an ChangeLog entry, etc)?
