I don't know, i'd have to actualy start working on it to see what porting
Hurd's nfsd implies.

AFAIK, copyright assignment is optional for GNU packages as long as they
are not part of the base system. I assume inetutils has to assign copyright;
but are you sure a separate "GNU nfsd" package would need it too?
