I would just love to get this release out. .. ho wait that's not the question

Yep, I'm still with RH-5.2 (No comments from the gallery please  .. zip .. 8).
And my QNX box is kaput.  So do not mind me,  I will catch up at one point,
if those changes will clean the horrible mess of configure(*) we have, I'm all 
for
it and will update my tools when back on track.

(*) thanks to Jeff, Sergey for cleaning this a little.
