That's what I'm thinking.  There are two possible outcomes of the
decision to okay C++:

1) It gets used for this library/toolset only.

2) We feel free to use C++ anywhere in Inetutils.

I would like #1 to happen.  I don't mind if #2 happens.  The systems
that we've declared as our primary targets have gcc as the default
compiler now.
