telnetd: utmp/wtmp update on logout

With inetutils-1.3.2g no wtmp record is created. Also, user and host are
supposed to be cleared, to show it was a logout. Without the wtmp record,
finger and who show users as logged in, and last reports "gone - no logout".
This patch fixes that. Now, there is no standard way of doing utmp/wtmp
housekeeping, so this might not be the "right" way. But it works...
