Hi,

I added documentation for logger, and fixed up the rest to make info file
generation work.  I decided to have node and chapter directives in the
included info files, rather than outside (this is also what emacs texinfo
mode expects with multiple files).  I added a Makefile.am, and that also
takes care of version.texi.

You just need to add a new file (take the existing logger.texi as template,
for example), and uncomment the three lines (dir entry, menu entry,
include) in inetutils.texi referring to this chapter.

Of course, much more can be said about documentation, but for now this will
lead us to something that works, although it's not the prettiest imaginable.
