8-) no time was wasted, good to see, you kept an eye on things.

If I'm still in one piece(after moutain bike, soccer etc ...), for this
fall, we are almost ready for a release.  One of the major headache
was taking care by Sergey(The servers not working on Solaris).

The other trouble spots are:
ftpd:
- Michael Vogt made a change in ftpd, which is good, support for
  internal ls instead of "/bin/ls", but inetutils/libls will not work on
  all platform.  So we will have to get GNU ls instead and in the 
  inetutils/ftpd/popen.c #if WITH_INTERNAL_LS the code.

whois/gwhois:
- move (devnull,Joel's) whois away and move gwhois(Marco's) to replace.

but he! I certainly will not say no.
