(inetutils) libls

Bonjour

  A note, inetutils/libls/* will be remove, to many BSD'ism made it 
unsuitable for other platforms:
- fchdir () not portable
- poking inside DIR opaque struct
- relying on BSD'ish stat()
- ...

I'm planning to port GNU ls later this summer to replace
having an internal ls for ftpd made things easy to 
work for anonymous ... probably not for Solaris
where one still have to create /dev/tcp and other
oddness.

If somebody else wants to do it let me know.
