It looks like configure thinks that you do not have utmpx support
(HAVE_UTMPX_H), you could take a look at :

ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/inetutils/
There is a more recent version.

Or if you have the autoconf, automake tools
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/cvs/inetutils.tgz
You will have to run autogen.sh to configure.

If it does not work for you, more investigation should be done.
