inet-utils-1.3.2

Hello,

I'm compiling inet-utils-1.3.2 on a linux box, all
software is the latest because I just compiled my
own distribution.

inet-utils compile fails in the
telnetd
subdirectory.  It says,
libtelnet/misc.h: No such file or directory

As it seems, misc.h does not exist anywhere in 
the inet-utils package, only one copy can I find
in the Linux-2.2.17 kernel tree.
