Is it possible to make a release of Hurd until mlockall/munlockall is
implemented? From what I understand these functions are needed to build Hurd on
top of glibc2.24.

Additionally, maybe we should make the effort of merging file record locking
support in Hurd/glibc? I've been adding those patches locally for years now
without hiccups.
