Details:
rlimits don't get propagated to children.
$ ulimit -s
unlimited
$ ulimit -s 1024
$ ulimit -s
1024
$ bash
$ ulimit -s
unlimited
Notably, this prevents libpthread from choosing the proper stack size
from ulimit -s
