Ouch.

Well, actually cmd640.c should really not poke PCI configuration ports
and probe_for_hwifs should rather use ide_probe_pci instead.  I'd tend
to think we should just not enable cmd640 support by default, as it's a
bug-prone workaround for buggy hardware...

Ah. Mmm, you said you had a RAID board, is your hard drive connected to
it and not the motherboard's IDE?
