Does the GNU project have a way to accepts bounties bound to one specific
purpose?
Can someone specify:
"My '200$ bounty for making the improved ext2 code conform with Hurd
requirements' must only be given to the one who implements it"?
That way, GNU would only manage the money for the Hurd, until it gets given
out.
