Well, actually, it does change the pronunciation in French. And again, no one
should ever mispell his name when latin1 (iso-8859-1) can spell it correctly,
and that's what most people use anyway. Latin1 is sufficient for most
Western-Europe countries (but not suitable for Eastern-Europe and Asia, etc.).
