Ah, that's the reason.  I always wanted to take a look at it, but never did.
Yeah, that will not be too hard to fix.  Either by rearranging the order or
making the evaluation lazy, whatever is more consistent.

No, I don't think either of these is worth the trouble.

Someone could take a look at upgrading the pfinet code, if he wants.
One would hope that if it is updated regularly, each update will be not too
difficult,  Although we probably have lost sync already, so that any upgrade
of that code will be equally painful by now.
