Yes, you need the OSKit installed so gnumach can link with the
OSKit. If you're running debian, you can just do "apt-get install
oskit", else you've to download the OSKit sources from
http://www.cs.utah.edu/flux/oskit/ and build that. There is also a
document about how to build Mach and OSKit etc:

be down at the moment :( )
