"Save document" and "Save marked pages" for both ps and pdf files works fine

Original Submission:  When trying to save a ps/pdf file (or several pages) an 
error is signaled: "Unable to open /tmp/gv....".

This bug have been fixed.

"Save document" and "Save marked pages" for both ps and pdf files works fine 
now.

This bug is not present on Debian gv, so it is a regression introduced in CVS 
gv.
