Well, the reported failure just builds on my laptop in less than several
hours; IIRC, it took half hour to complete.

Maybe aside what is explained in #70663, one part of the issue is about
hardware.

Anyway, indeed this issue seems a duplicate of #70663.  Thanks for
the pointer.
