bug#67329: Plan9port breaks Emacs Dired

Hello, I beileve this had been fixed with commit 2538a773c, which put
p9p into $out/plan9, only '9' is available via PATH.

User can append $GUIX_PROFILE/plan9/bin into $PATH if wanted.
