I think this needs to be '=' instead of 'prefix', otherwise the GUIX_PYTHONPATH,
GI_TYPELIB_PATH and GST_PLUGIN_SYSTEM_PATH from the environment might interfere,
which is probably harmless most of the time but might be a source of potential
problems.
I'll look more at this patch later.
