bug#43418: [PATCH] gnu: youtube-dl: Refer to ffmpeg.

* gnu/packages/video.scm (youtube-dl)[inputs]: Add ffmpeg.
[arguments]: Fall back to input ffmpeg instead of searching $PATH.
