Guile Interpreter

Hello,

I am searching for an interpreter für a huge software project with this 
requirements:
Dynamic access to shared objects
Multithreadable
Embeddable
Various platforms.
During my search I recognized the Guile-Interpreter.

By reading the reference, I noticed that Guile is able to access shared 
objects, *.so-files.
But I havent seen any nitioe about the platforms it can be run on.
Is it possible to run it under Windows, Windows with RTX and on QNX?

Does Guile exists for Windows?

If yes, is it possible to access DLLs either?
I couldnt find any documentation for it.
