Follow-up Comment #2, bug #53919 (project gsl):
Hi, I'd still like to see this fixed. I just uploaded a new version of the
patch that uses gsl_isnan, GSL_POSINF, and GSL_NEGINF instead of isnan,
HUGE_VAL, and -HUGE_VAL. I don't think there is any cleaner way to solve the
problem, but even if there is, it would be better to apply this patch than no
patch at all.
