[Bug-gsl] Reference to my book "Numerische Physik"

Dear Sir or Madam,

there is a link to my book "Numerische Physik" on the GSL hompage
www.gnu.org/gsl. Some days ago the second edition of the book has been
published. The new ISBN is 978-3-662-58186-5 and the new reference page
is https://www.springer.com/de/book/9783662581858. The number of pages
has slightly increased to 360. And, as for the first edition, the book
is only available in German.
