Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style
improvement easier. The home page of Gama [1] has a footer that doesn't
quite agree with the current CSS; I propose to upgrade it to the latest
boilerplate [2]. This would give the opportunity to fix minor styling
issues: remove italics in blockquotes where they are not needed,
highlight blocks of code with a light-gray background ("emph-box"
class), and try to keep a command together with a non-breaking space.
A diff is attached.

Best regards,
Therese
