Details:
When gsl_sf_bessel_J0_e is supplied x>4, the errors are underestimated in
result.err. This becomes especially serious when x>8 and even worse for
17<x<30, where the true_error can be more than 4 times larger than result.err.
I suppose for x>30 it's not better.
