Hi,

I spent n hours lately trying to compile GSL on an embedded system with
a rather eccentric compiler; after fiddling with the configure script to
try to make compilation work, I just put the whole library in an IDE
(eclipse). At first compilation failed because the IDE tried to compile
every file ending in .c, some of which (notably those ending in
_source.c) cannot be compiled separately and are included from other
files. I wanted to ask why these are not .h files, and to suggest
changing the suffix to something other than .c. After I made such a
change the whole library compiled effortlessly.
