Hi,
I'm posting a patch to make gsl compile on IXP2400 XScale.
That arch has no FPU so fenv.h doesn't define any round type making impossible
to compile ieee-utils/fp-gnuc99.c
I've solved the pb with patch.
Feel free to apply.
