Details:
I tried to check which files are newest on a FAT ESP, but the "test file1 -nt
file2" command always returns false regardless of file ordering. I was able
to use this successfully on other file systems (e.g. HFS).
Could it maybe fall back to testing file creation time if modification time is
unavailable? That is enough for my case since the files aren't modified after
creation.
