A the bottom of the boot screen there are three lines.
The last line contains the countdown seconds.
I would argue that with a default of five seconds,
that line should be the first. Else probably by the time the
five seconds have elapsed, the user's eyes have not got that
far, and he wouldn't know what hit him...
