Follow-up Comment #2, bug #26744 (project grub):
It appears that commands that the commands echo, hello and ls were failing
unless they were listed in the grub-mkimage ahead of the "kernel" module.
When listing modules for the grub-mkimage for a grub.efi (at least on iMac
8,1) remember to list kernel later rather than earlier. This is not a fix -
merely a workaround.
