Bean123 is the one who can advise you he knows how to move grub into 
another place of memory, load another piece of code where grub was and 
then let the processor load the substituted grub.

However what's your problem? That TrueCrypt's MBR should be there 
instead of GRUB's MBR because if you select Windows to boot you always 
Grub boot thanks to TrueCrypt's MBR?
