Two Answers: 

    -Answer1:
        GRUB default setting:

        title RedHat
        <... default...>

        title Windows 2000
        rootnoverify (hd0,0)
        chainloader +1
-----------------------------
1st primary partition: fat32
2nd primary partition: ext3
extended: fat32
-----------------------------

   -Answer2:
        Windows can read original partition, and works fine.
        After installing GRUB, it changes original partition
        and makes other OS crash. Is this windows problem or GRUB's?
