Not presently. GRUB is still for x86 systems only. It could probably be
adapted for use on non-x86 architectures, but it'd take writing a fair
amount of platform- and architecture-specific stuff (like for PowerPC,
supporting PReP, CHRP, PowerMac, and other booting arrangements, ditto
for other platforms) in assembler.
