For now, we are using address@hidden for both bug reports and
general questions, and the traffic is not so much, so I don't feel it
is necessary that we should have another list. Rather, I think the
problem lies in the GNU Web Site Guidelines. It recommends attaching
something like this to each page:
Please send FSF & GNU inquiries & questions to address@hidden There are
also other ways to contact the FSF.
Please send comments on these web pages to address@hidden,
send other questions to address@hidden
but, this may confuse the users, where to send questions about a
software package. If you agree with me, I'll remove the part from each
web page about GRUB.
