Subject: configuration variable "PSPRINT" can be empty
Directory "build/src/roff/groff/"
Seen in the output of "man -l groff.1" for option '-l':
... output is
piped to (1).
The file "groff.1.man" has
.MR @PSPRINT@ 1 .
which is turned into
.MR \% 1 .
Thus PSPRINT needs a value when it is not configured.
