Subject: snprintf/snprintf.c is superfluous

  Found by using "cppcheck".

  The file "src/libs/snprintf/snprintf.c" is an old one and has been
replaced by the GNULIB module "snprintf"

  It is also not present in the Makefile.

  So the file and the directory "/snprintf/" can be removed (unused
resources).
