Ick. Please leave groff on savannah. Lp sucks.
As in, it is a black hole, sucking projects in w/o release.
SV and the like allow everyone to keep a backup of the important
data ( cf rsync://cvs.sv.gnu.org/{sources,web}/groff/ ).
OTOH, a simple bzr fast-export of lp:groff passed to git-fast-import
and pushed to git.sv.gnu.org would be OK.
(bzr-fast-export.py is part of lp:bzr-fastimport, packaged in debian
as bzr-fastimport.)
