Greetings,

I write to seek your cooperation as a link, foreign adviser and your 
assistance to enable me and my family to own properties and invest in a

Being the chief executive of my former region, I awarded a contract of 
IRRIGATION to a top Japanese Firm worth several millions of dollars. In the 
execution of that project the Japanese firm discovered large amount of gold 
in one of the contract site. I collaborated with the Japanese
contractor on a mutual agreement on the proceed of which my share was 
deposited in a
private finance house in Europe.

First attempt to travel on the 10th of February 2004 the contractor died in 
a plane   crash on a flight from Kish to sharjah, I give thanks to Allah 
that I am still alive because this was a flight that we would have been 
together. The airline was under the management of one Mr. Shabab Attarzadeh
who was later sacked after this incidence. I had to return to Western Sahara 
with details and documents relating to the transaction between the late 
contractor and the firm.

As the Administrator, I cannot introduce or circulate this fund into the 
Sahara banking system considering my provisional duty and considering the 
fact that I earn less than what I have with the security company. The above 
situation prompted my decision to contact you to take delivery of this
fund into your custody for my proposed investment, as you will be adequately 
compensated. I will arrange all necessary procedures in ensuring a smooth 
process for the funds to get to you.

account indicating your capability and willingness to enable me give you 
more details of my modus operandi of getting this money to you hitch free. 
This matter requires your urgent attention and confidentiality whatever your 
decision.
