Stepping down as a maintainer

Dear colleagues,

at the moment I am struggling with the ongoing Corona pandemic.
Therefore I do not find enough time to take care of gperf project and 
the next bug release.

So I am stepping down as a maintainer I am confident that gperf is in 
good hands.

Thanks for your great support over the last years.
