[bug #58837] The problem that gorm and projectcenter cannot be run when GNUStep is newly installed on windows XP/7/10.

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #58837 (project gnustep):

I tried to use Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10 didn’t work, and I
couldn’t run gorm and projectcenter. The operating system and gnustep were
all newly installed. I hope it can be resolved as soon as possible. It seems
that the last update has been nearly 4 years.
